This mod adds magic mirrors, such items can be found in various video games such as Terraria, but their properties are slightly different. Once in the Nether World, use one of these mirrors and you will instantly be able to return to the surface of the Upper world.
This is something like a quick teleportation from one point to another, but without the ability to teleport back to the original point.
