Chance Globe 1.17.1-1.16.4 mod adds a unique block, which in its appearance resembles some altar with mini-blocks. By placing this block on the ground and opening it, you will get any of the available blocks or items in the game, but this has some algorithm to get items completely randomly.
The author added some animation of getting the item, it’s something like opening donate chests from various online games.
