There are several other higher resolution version of Faithful. They are Faithful 128x and Faithful 256x however this variation seems to be with one of the highest resolution. Meaning, compared to the other versions of Faithful this is the most crisp, and the most smooth since it runs on HD resolutions.

We highly recommend this resource pack to anyone who would like to play with Faithful resource and textures while retaining the original essence of Minecraft. This retexture is amazing!
