The LevelHearts 1.17.1-1.12.2 with this mod the amount of your health will depend entirely on the level of your experience. Now the world will also appear hearts and their pieces to restore health points.
You will be able to adjust many tweak parameters: the initial amount of health, saving it after death, or even a multiplier when you level up.
