Magnum Torch Mod (1.18.2) adds into the game a powerful torch, which does not only emit lighting for better vision but can also be used to deter a certain type of mob from spawning in a huge area. From now on, players will be granted the full power to control the spawning of almost any mobs in the game. For example, for hostile and aggressive creatures such as zombies, skeletons and creepers, their spawn-rate can absolutely be relegated to zero once a Diamond Magnum Torch is placed in the area. How to install:
- Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.
- Locate the minecraft application folder.
- On windows open Run from the start menu, type %appdata% and click Run.
- On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for Minecraft.
- Place the mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
- When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the mod is installed.
