Vanilla Degus Mod 1.17.1/1.16.5 introduces into the game a new type of companion, Degus. Inspired by their real life counterparts, Degus are small, live in a community of up to a hundred. They’re a few rodents that are active during the daylight, such aspect catalyzed in making them a great companion. These adorable wild Degus will start consume and eat grass that surrounding your base, thus making them useful for those who enjoy having a clean looking yard. They can also be tamed using grass and dead bush.

Minecraft Forge

How to install:

1. Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.
2. Locate the minecraft application folder.
   • On windows open Run from the start menu, type %appdata% and click Run.
   • On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for Minecraft.
3. Place the mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
4. When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the mod is installed.
