DRG Flares Mod (1.18.2, 1.17.1) adds into the game high-intensity flares which are inspired by the famous game series, Deep Rock Galactic. To explore the deep dark caves of Minecraft, sometimes, torches are inadequate to light up the ways as the light source emitted from these torches is quite limited. With new equipment in hands, players can easily throw them to a specific spot in order to see what is going on around that area. However, players must use this tool in a smart way as the flares only last for 20 seconds before it is fizzled out completely. Of course, there are higher quality flares that can be crafted to improve the duration, yet, we suggest players to preserve their materials and resources rather than spending it all on flares.

How to install:
- Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.
- Locate the minecraft application folder.
- On windows open Run from the start menu, type %appdata% and click Run.
- On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for Minecraft.
- Place the mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
- When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the mod is installed.
