The Prefab 1.17.1-1.12.2 mod is a set of functional buildings that you can build using just one of the new blocks. You will be able to build homes and farms in several types and also customize it right in front of the building.
You will have to spend a certain amount of precious materials to craft the base blocks, but this way you can save a huge amount of time on building simple structures.
